REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

At Hookset Outdoors, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be unwashed and free of damage

  • Original tags and packaging must be included when applicable

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Used or damaged merchandise


EXCHANGES

We understand sizing issues happen.

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with exchanges based on available inventory.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and packaging

  • a description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
